Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch your orders as swiftly as possible. Our standard handling time is 1–3 working days from the date of purchase, giving us time to craft and package your items with care.

Punch Needle Items

Each punch needle piece is a handmade work of art, so we require a little extra time to ensure perfection. Please allow 3–5 working days for us to complete and dispatch these unique items.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the UK and the US. For US orders, we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, so there are no unexpected import taxes. Please note that state sales taxes may still apply.
